- Color Run: June 24, 2017. A sign up genius will go out for volunteer needs closer to the event. Don't forget to turn in your address forms. We still need business sponsorships. You can suggest a business and a volunteer will call to solicit the sponsorship.
- Laptops- The laptops purchased by the PTO were rolled out to students. This week they were used by 5th-8th graders for M-Step. This is where a lot of the money raised by the PTO last year went. Without this money for the laptops, students would have had to use iPads or shared the computer lab with Roosevelt (roughly 500 students combined). The PTO would love to buy another set of laptops with monies raised this year - depending on how fundraising goes.
- Volunteer Roles- If you would like to assist the PTO in a board position next school year there are opportunities for several positions. We'd love to have new ideas and a fresh perspective. Contact any board member to learn more of what they do.
- Teacher Appreciation- Make sure to check out the sign up genius for teacher appreciation week on the website.
- Upcoming Events- Plans are in the works for 5th grade recognition, 8th grade graduation, and end of year celebration.
